This is an original pastel drawing. Because I offer three options for framing, the website thinks I have three of them, but there is only one. As soon as a piece sells, I go back in and put the other quantities to zero.

This piece was inspired from a video I took of an incredible sunrise on the way to the gym in January 2020. I was so blown away by the intensity of the sky. I was so surprised by nature, as she put on such in intense show of awe inspiring, make me cry it is so beautiful, spectacle of color for my soul. In school I was taught that to paint the sunrise is a cliche. Well, it may be cliche, but when nature puts on such a show, I must respond with my art!

There are three options in buying my work. When shipping I either sell my pastels unframed or with a frame, mat and no glass. It is not feasible to ship pastels with glass, so the price difference reflects that the buyer will have to take it to a framer on the other end to get the glass installed. Or the work can be picked up in my studio in Easthampton, MA, with frame, mat, and glass.
